Confidentiality.

The group is welcoming of new members, but for the promotion of security of current members, an interview process is undertaken when an approach is made to the club from a prospective member.

In the interview process, it is accepted that the interviewee too will have their fears as to the confidentiality of their identity. As a result, the interview becomes a two way process of trust, with the interviewee giving one particular detail of their contact details, and the Club disclosing the whereabouts of their meeting venue.

Members contact details are then kept by the Secretary and not shared with any others.
